About Jillinda Falen & Sweet Southern Home

Persons Banking Company (PBC):
“Can you tell us a little about yourself and your business?”

Jillinda Falen (JF)
“Hello!  My name is Jillinda Falen and I have been a Realtor with Landmark Realty for 15 years and the owner of Sweet Southern Home LLC Estate Liquidation for several years.

PBC:
“How and why did you start Southern Home LLC?”

JF:
“I was an antiques dealer for years and owned a shop called Carrie Lynn’s Antiques with a friend who introduced me to the Bank of Perry, now Person’s Bank.

After going through a divorce in 2005, I decided to change gears and get my real estate license, which was always a dream/goal after being a military wife for twenty years.

There was a huge demand for me to keep doing estate sales by former customers of the antique shop, so I started Sweet Southern Home.

Not only do I get to be a real estate matchmaker helping buyers and sellers find their dream home, but also help those going through life transitions such as divorce, downsizing, or helping families with a loved one that must go to assisted living or sadly passes away.

I can be a turnkey help with liquidating ALL the assets of not only real estate property but also personal property.  It’s kind of a ministry for me.”
